Cost for this intensive two-day HFACS/HFIX workshop is only $1500 and includes a textbook signed and authored by the speakers, HFACS/HFIX Workbook including case study exercises, generic HFACS/HFIX software "Single-user version" and HFACS and HFIX pocket checklists.
A discounted group rate of $1250 per person is also available for companies who are sending more than one individual to this course or have previously sent employees to a prior HFACS/HFIX workshop in the past two-years. The discounted rate also applies to military personnel!
