The Global Standard in Human Factors Analysis

Client-Centered Training

Wiegmann, Shappell, & Associates is proud to announce several new client-centered options for on-site training. These courses have been modified with the safety and quality professional in mind, and represent over 10 yrs of experience training the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS), and the Human Factors Intervention Matrix (HFIX). Better yet, certified HFACS/HFIX instructors who have been personally trained by the original creators of HFACS and HFIX (Drs. Wiegmann and Shappell) teach all courses.

Attendance for all courses is unlimited; however, for workshops that involve hands on activities, a class size of 25 attendees is recommended. All workshops are offered for a fixed price for up to 25 attendees and assume that the client will provide the venue for the workshop. An additional $250.00 fee will be applied for each attendee over 25 but discounts can be provided for multiple workshops, repeat customers, and government agencies. All prices quoted are for training within North America. Prices vary for international training. Prices quoted are good through December 2010.
We’re looking forward to working with you!
